Morris Junction

History:-
After Dr Beaching’s axe, another branch line closed here.
The mainline continues past the old signal box and here too this was a scene of a landslide that engulfed a second line, thus the main line exist as a single track only now.

Today:-

After a lot of hard work and commitment another heritage railway comes back to life.
Reestablishing the old branch line station, and engine shed.
Clearing the track bed and laying track and signal box.

With all that done they now are proud to put on a steam and diesel gala here at MORRIS JUNCTION.
